Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
CraftSense Pro is provided by CG Trade Systems ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or continuing to use CraftSense Pro you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
CraftSense Pro is subscription software for craft businesses: stock control and barcode scanning across locations, sell mode and receipts, materials and recipes, purchase orders, accounting and invoicing, customer records, and — on the Event Organiser plan — tools for running craft fairs with online pitch bookings.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have chosen. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or work around technical limits in it.
3. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully; use it for fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or interfere with its security, for example by introducing malware, probing our systems or scraping data.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the products, photos, customer records and other data you put into CraftSense Pro. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the service to you.
6. Our intellectual property
CG Trade Systems retains ownership of CraftSense Pro and all intellectual property in it, including the software, documentation and branding.
7. Service level
We work hard to keep CraftSense Pro available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Payment, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund period is set out in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
