CraftSense Pro is sold by CG Trade Systems. If you are not happy with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and use the order reference from your receipt email, or email us at support@craftsensepro.com and we will arrange it for you.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Plan & billing section in your settings, or through the link in your receipt email. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
Renewals
If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
